PASTA AL FORNO

  1. 1 lb rigatoni pasta (450g) 
  2. 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (60ml) 
  3. 2 garlic cloves, chopped 
  4. 1 large eggplant, cubed 
  5. 15 infornate olives, pitted and chopped 
  6. 10 large sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 
  7. 2 dried chili pepper, crushed (optional) 
  8. 1 jar of tomato puree (750ml) 
  9. 0.8lb freshly grated mozzarella (400g) 
  10. smoked scamorza cheese, as much as desired, roughly chopped 
  11. freshly grated parmigiano cheese for sprinklingsalt to taste



To start your Pasta al Forno:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the rigatoni cooks in salted boiling water, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan heat up olive oil and sautí garlic, eggplant, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and chili peppers for a few minutes. Add tomato puree and salt. Let cook for approximately 10 minutes on medium heat. Drain rigatoni, add to the saucepan, sprinkle with some parmigiano and cook for another 30 seconds. Place half the rigatoni in a baking dish, adding a layer of half of the mozzarella, half of the scamorza and another sprinkle of parmigiano cheese over the pasta. Add the remaining rigatoni, and follow with a final layer of all the cheeses. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

TORTELLINI PESTO PASTA

 you will need:

  • cheese
  • tortellini
  • pesto sauce
  • slat
  • pot
how 2:
  1. boil a pot of water add salt then once boiled add the tortellini 
  2. once cooked drain the water out and put the pasta back in the pot add pesto sauce
  3. stir with stove on, and serve with a few flakes of cheese and eat!!!!
and that is a quick fast way of cooking a Delicious lunch, dinner, or any meal... literally 
FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE'

you will need:


  • cocoa powder 
  • milk
  • blender
how 2:
  1. blend cocoa mix with milk until all chunks are dissolved
  2. microwave until hot
  3. freeze for 3 hrs until chilled completely 
and that is a 3 ingredient, 3 step recipe for deliciousness 

  TUNA CASSEROLE: this recipe has been in my family generation for 4 years and trust me it comes out perfect every time!!!                                                                                    

you will need...

  • canned tuna
  •  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup of onion
  • 2 cups of macaroni noodles
  • 3/4 cup  of milk   
  • 1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese                                                                                            


how 2:
  1. mix canned tuna and milk into bowl with cheese.
  2. add onion to the bowl with the mushroom soup,
  3. stir, but don't stir to much or the cheese will get badly mixed in and not taste good...
  4. put in the noodles, pour into cake pan,
  5. add a thin layer of bread crumbs on top with some left over cheese and bake for 30 minutes under 400 degrees in the oven.
and that's how you make a Delicious tuna casserole super easily!!!!
ITALIAN HAMBURGERS`

you will need...

  • freshly chopped sirloin
  • grated parmigiana cheese
  • grated fontina cheese
  • chopped Italian parsley
  • garlic
  • shallots
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper 
  • Italin hot peppers
  • olive oil
  • eggs
how 2:

  1. saute garlic, shallots, and olive oil until caramelized,
  2. let above mixture sit until room temp.
  3. mix all ingredients in large bowl add caramelized shallots 
  4. make patties and grill to desired temp.
  5. if you want a burger bun or a roll with patties feel free to do that!!
